Data Engineer (m/f/d)

For our headquarter in the heart of Berlin we are looking for a dedicated employee to join the Supper & Supper Family.

You support our Data Science Team with your expertise in data processing architectures and carry out implementations for our customers.

Your job:

  • Design, implementation and optimization of data warehouse systems.
  • Development of ETL processes and data models in the field of big data.
  • Operationalization of machine learning/data science pipelines together with the data science team.
  • Communication with the client on a technical and operative level.

  • university degree in informatics or a similar specialization, ideally with a focus on data engineering or big data
  • very good knowledge in big data architectures (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Cloudera)
  • very good knowledge in Java, Java Script and/or C++ experience in using cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
  • experience in using cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
  • experience with common database systems, data models and ETL processes
  • experience in programming Python or R are a plus good command of English (C1) and German (B1)
