Project portfolio manager (m/f/d)

For our headquarter in the heart of Berlin we are looking for a dedicated employee to join the Supper & Supper Family.

Your job:

You keep track of all projects, budgets and resources

You are responsible for the internal project portfolio management of Supper & Supper GmbH..

  • Scoping of Supper & Supper’s new customer projects
  • Project planning in cooperation with the data scientists and customers of Supper & Supper
  • Resource planning for all current and future projects
  • Analysis of dependencies between planned and ongoing projects
  • Monitoring of ongoing projects (multi-project controlling)
  • Creation of status reports
  • Management of the agile project process (mostly SCRUM)
  • Coordination between ongoing projects in terms of resources, synergies and conflicts
  • Ongoing review of the project portfolio with regard to its alignment with the corporate goal
  • Final evaluation of completed projects
  • Securing of empirical values ​​from ongoing and completed projects
  • Definition of specifications for new projects

Operationalizing deep tech is your thing

You are enthusiastic about Deep Tech and Big Data solutions.

  • Proven professional experience as a project manager
  • Multi-project experience is an advantage
  • Portfolio management experience an advantage
  • SCRUM Master certification
  • PMI certification (or IPMA or Prince2)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Understanding of data science
  • Sc./B.A. in business administration, business informatics or another relevant area
