How we work

Kick-off (2 days)
As-is analysis of processes, data, and IT landscape per use case; develop and prioritise use cases; effort, resources, and costs per use case; schedule to a 12-month roadmap; initial EU AI Act assessment per use case.

Ongoing support
In the monthly Sprint meeting we steer use-case progress and resolve blockers; in the quarterly Roadmap meeting (4× per year, the last as a year-end review) we inspect and adjust the roadmap.
