    Target picture & change architecture

    Design to-be processes, new organisation and roles, change story, action plan.

  3. 3

    Mobilisation & enablement

    Communication, training, change agents, phased process rollout.

  4. 4

    Anchoring & stabilisation

    Establish routines, hypercare, targeted follow-up.
