The Goal
Systematically assess whether your data and systems landscape is ready for your AI use cases: which relevant data and models exist, how accessible and reliable they are, and where pipelines or integrations are blocking productive use. This creates a clean technical foundation before use cases move into strategy or implementation.

How we work
Fully remote, spread across a few focused sessions:

Kick-off (60 min)
Define scope, systems, and data sources; clarify contacts and access.

Analysis
Data audit (availability & quality), interface and integration check (ERP/CRM), infrastructure review for AI operations, and derivation of quick-fixes and pipeline plan. In between, we work asynchronously and involve you through short, targeted online meetings with data owners and IT.

Closing meeting (2 hrs)
Present findings, risks, and recommendations with next steps.
